  “Thank you so much for the beautiful arrangement for the Cochran funeral. I appreciated that you understood immediately what I wanted and took the time to listen to me and then made an arrangement exactly the way I wanted it. It was also nice having the pictures emailed to me since I couldn't see the flowers in person. The family members called me the night after the funeral and told me how beautiful they were and they took them home with them to enjoy. The family said that everyone was saying how beautiful they were.

  “I know your inbox is probably flooded with e-mails on this Valentines Day, but I just wanted to send an e-mail thanking you. I received a big teddy bear holding red roses today from a very special friend, and I just thought you should know that it shines through in your work how much you care about your business and your customers. From the bow tied around the bears neck down to the flowers situated in the bears arms to the vase to place the flowers in. You did an amazing job and now I know of a wonderful florist to recommend to friends and family!
