  “I ordered and paid for flowers on 9/2/10 for my sisters 1 year anniversary of her death. Today is 9/13/10 and I still haven't received the flowers. Actually after trying to contact them it seems that their phones and website have been disconnected. I guess they scammed me and now I am stuck with no flowers and no money.”
